Maybe try dripping. It tends to pack a bit more punch in the Throat hit and flavor departments (and the nic hit tends to be more pronounced). A dripping atty can be had for under $10. No need to go rebuildable unless you want to tinker.

Also maybe keep a bit of higher nic juice around for these sorts of emergencys. I find for me a few hits of high nic takes care of the craving just fine.

THere are some people for whom there is STILL something missing for them WTA juices work better. Not sure where to get those so maybe google it. These juices contain more of the stuff from the tobacco plant than the usual.

I'd say if you can bum one smoke, do it. I've been in the same boat, and it's an experience, really. Analogs still smell pretty good to me, but after being off them for a little while, when I had one it hurt. My chest was on fire, and I could barely breathe. But if you have to actually go and buy a whole pack, I'd definitely say stay away, simply because temptation would be there to fight the pain and continue smoking.

I had the same problem as you Iquitcigs. A friend of mine and I both got into the ecig thing at about the same time. We went the carto tank ego setup then on to protanks, vivie's etc. after a few months I noticed my friend was starting back with smoking, I asked him about it and he says vaping just doesn't do it for him anymore. He doesn't care much for tinkering and such. I on the other hand just kept experimenting with other set ups. Always on the hunt for a better vape. I started wrapping my own coils for my protanks, Bought a rba and started making coils, read this fourm every day, watched a ton of u tube videos, and just kept trying new things. I like to tinker with things so this helped forget all about going to analogs. It has become a hobby for me.
Hope this helps. Whatever you do, don't give up, You will find what works for you!

Post #1 it happens. Just keep vaping. It is better to have everything that works for you, versus vapers funk, where nothing works. You go through the ups and downs with vaping, like with smoking. How about the times when you had a full pack of smokes and a lighter that quit working, and nobody around? Or smoking your last cigarette at 2am, and the nearest 24 hour gas station is 15 minutes down the interstate from your house. After a while, you will forget you smoked.

Time for diy!
Cheap and fun, and usually tastes better than what you can buy.

Try wizard labs and check the diy forums.

Also, i just bought me some whitecloud miniflings, white cloud is how i got here...
Anyway, they feel like a cigarette. Taste similar to a cigarette.
You use them and hrow them away when they die. Im around a lot of smokers and they really do take the urge away, infortunately for me, i ran out two months ago so hopefully mine will get here tomorrow! Also they have great customer service.

Try to focus on the reasons you quit rather than on the reason you want one.

That's been key for me. I haven't struggled very much, but there are times when the idea enters my mind, and all I really have to do is think about all the things I hated about smoking (just about everything!)...my clothes, hands, face, and breath will smell like :censored: - that's usually as far as I have to go.

I have debated with myself for over four years now about giving the advice that CommaHolly gave.
I agree with her advice, I just have a hard time feeling comfortable giving it.

All I can say is what happened to me...

I had a cigarette, and discovered that they no longer had any power over me.
That was the day I truly became a vaper.

I think the reason many get involved in the hobby aspect of vaping the distraction while engaged in the hunt and the high that comes from new toys. That helps stave off the mental obsession of smoking. So you've settled in and now don't have that hobby distraction from smoking. Get engaged in something else... maybe DIY? or building? Seeing how far you can run with your "new" lungs? Just whatever takes your mind off smoking. But... ugh... just thought... don't drink instead... that tends to make you want to smoke more! ;)

At about 9 weeks without I'm starting to feel the same way. I still have the analogs within easy reach but after 35 years of smoking with some quitting in between I KNOW that it only takes 1 to get back in the rut. And after any time of doing without smoking I've never had one that didn't taste good.

But vape tastes better so I brought home a new, to me, flavor today. Root beer and it's pretty darn good.

Don't go back to the darkside! :)

WTA juices is available at aromaejuice.com.

Had the same problem about 6 weeks into vaping - something was missing and the cravings was pretty strong. Tried the WTA Aroma eJuice which satisfied that "something".
