A whole pack? And you didn't get sick? How long were you on the wagon?

But slipping is normal. See the other thread above you at the moment http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/general-e-smoking-discussion/354820-i-weak.html

Edited to add: It's different for everyone, and everyone has those little "triggers" which can start your temptation to have a cigarette. But generally speaking, after 6 weeks or so, you should be in the clear. Generally (and assuming you don't hit a major trigger).

The trick is to ignore those thoughts and vape away. Maybe keep something a tad stronger in terms of concentration for those times.

You need to find/buy more flavors, find some favorites!
Buy some more devices so you never have a dead batt or get bored!
Those are the secrets, I think anyway. I was a Heavy to very heavy smoker.
Going on 76 days, no cigs period, none, zip, nada!
Haven't even thought about them.
Do whatever you need to stay off those stupidass things!
I never thought I'd be able to quit.
Good luck.

I went to my doctor a few weeks ago and after X-ray and MRI he tells me I probably need to have knee replacement surgery.
When I got home I wanted a stiff drink and a cig so bad, I just vaped myself almost sick and then went to work.
So yeah it can happen and it can be so hard not to smoke one or more sometimes but it does get easier, if this had happen to me 2 months ago I would have broken down and had a few.

Well, I fell off the wagon for a few months, and never really stopped smoking before. In some cases, such as mine, it may just take a major realization to keep you off. Mine was literally choking on air after waking up one day... Knew I had to get away from cigs once and for all. Since then I ordered a bunch from my favorite vendor (copper creek, woo), and have smoked no more than one cig a day, most days smoking none. Last night was an exception, but my trigger was not having any charged batts... :( Paid for it with hacking up brown goo today, so pretty sure I'm just done. Easy enough to avoid that one bummed cig every day.

Really, just get yourself psyched about some new vendor or something... DIY even, that did it for me before.

With me after a couple of weeks of vaping and no cigs my cravings went totally away! What I mean is I can go hours without vaping and that never happened with cigs.

Also use to when I woke up in the morning the first thing I would do is reach for my cigs, now its a couple of hours before I even think of vaping. I think I vape just cause it tastes so good and not for the nic fix.

When I started vaping I never looked back. All I had was some 510's and some Ego's. I think I spent the first week or so dripping from an Ego. It gave me enough nic so that I didn't want a cigarette. Later I bought a mod ,Reo Grand. I'm still at 24mg most of the time, but sometimes 18 mg. I can't seem to go any lower. But at least I'm not sucking down smoke and particulate matter from cancer sticks.

My advice is to use stronger nic and better PV. You won't want a cig then.
