Hi,
I made this several times with a throw it all in and see mixture (which I have lived to regret, learn from this and make sure you note your drops etc, unlike me) but I have now finally replicated it so here is my recipe.
40 drops of Hazelnut F'Art
12 drops of LorAnn Chocolate Hazelnut
43 drops of VG (made from a 80% vg 20% distilled water)
25 drops of 52% Nic PG
This makes up an 11mg mixture.
You can cut this recipe down to make less to try by dividing the amounts by 4 maybe and I am sure you can add more 52% to make a stronger Nic vape or even add it to unflavoured.
I have also had sucess from this mix using a b&h base, marlboro and (TW's) hilton all with nice results, but by just throwing it in and seeing method.
****Leave the mix for 24hrs to mature before vaping, it tastes soo much nicer****
