Yea, I see I linked the one with the key lime flavoring. opps. OK. But it seems the key lime is made from lime oil itself and oil is not a good thing to vape either. I know each to make up their own mind and all.
Thanks for your help.

True. Many fruit flavours use a natural oil. Take a look at Capella – I’m referencing Capella for they are one of few that publicly list their ingredients. Others you may have to ask for, and they are obligated to provide.

If you cook with oils, you are inhaling oil. Just throwing that out there.

LOL. While that's true I never did learn to fry anything. Could not stomach the grease. (literally) All the cooking I do is bake, steam or in the crock pot/microwave. Yea, I am picky.

:)

Crock Pot ROCKS!! I’ve done everything from Thanksgiving Turkey to Lasagna in the crock pot. Slow and steady wins the race.

I understand that,to get the flavour most probably have to be the natural oils, but is it bad for us, that's the question
The jury is still out on those questions. We appease ourselves that hey in such small amounts, it won't hurt us, but the truth is that until the actual studies are done we don't know for sure. The risk level we must decide for ourselves but I look at it this way. With vaping I can find whats in my juice(cause I make it myself) but with smoking we have no choice but to inhale over 7,000 different chemicals. Big tobacco and FDA made those choices.

Flavour companies are obligated to provide their ingredient list. Some such as TFA and Capella have this publicly available. But if you care to put forth the efforts, you will see a lot of fruit flavours, especially citrus and ones labelled as natural, will use a natural oil. Even bakery or desert flavourings may use a natural oil. So we can’t just assume we are not vaping an oil just because we’ve made a bakery or desert flavour juice.

I am not going to say what moderation is – that benchmark has yet to be set. If this is a concern to anyone, then do your due diligence and choose what you feel is right for you.
