Hello! I just turned 19 a few days ago, and have decided to buy myself an e-cig for a birthday present. Now... I have not been smoking that long, only about 3-4 years, and even at that I have never been a regular smoker until recently when I have found myself working up to a half pack to full pack a day. Over the past 3-4 years I have been able to stop smoking whenever I please. Even with how much I have been smoking the past month or two I was able to stop completely, and have not smoked in the last 3 days or so. I don't care about the cancer, or the emphysema, or other various negative health effects, but more so about the airway constriction that gets in the way of other things I enjoy doing. I could easily dip or use snus, which I do use occasionally, but I enjoy the act of smoking so much! This is where the e-cig comes in... I have been doing a good bit of research and finally decided my first purchase would be a 501, with VG liquid. I have been cruising the forums and heard that cignot.com was a great website and I think also intellicig-usa.com

I won't be ordering until Monday, so any last minute tips or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Do you mean a 510? if so then great! But remember, E-cigs are just as addicting as Cigarettes (unless of course you use 0MG liquid) i smoked for about 8 years a pack a day. I bought a 510 and i have been smoking that since august. 510's are great and there is many suppliers to chose from. If i were you i would go with say Rocky Mountain Vapor you have reached the mountain top of electronic cigarettes! they have JOYE510 starter kits for $44. Thats 2 batteries, 2 atomizers, a charger, and 5 filled cartridges. He also has cheap good juice as well. AND fast, free shipping. If your gonna order a kit i would get a bottle of juice and fill your own cartridges. MUCH cheaper that way. But i think you will love switching to e-cigs, they are simply amazing. Make sure you do some research first, this forum is a goldmine of information. good luck! -kody

Well if you say and really can just stop smoking and dont need the nicotine then I would for sure not get a nicotine e-juice. the flavors are very good in most cases and should bring you pleasure without the addiction. Wish I could have your choice once again in my life but that nicotine addiction has really ended up making me its slave.

Best of luck in making the right choice for what you want I just can tell you what I would do.

Okay... the nicotine goes along as part of the enjoyment haha but I have never had a problem with nicotine addiction. Like I stated, my only concern with tobacco smoking is the airway constriction that keeps me from fully enjoying other activities; kayaking, hiking, etc... I have decided to order a 510 from cignot.com along with a few VG liquids. I'm going to order some ECOpure Rich, Fresh, and some VG Litchi. I'm open to any other flavor recommendations as long as they are available in VG. I'm not interested in PG, only because I'm a bit of a hippie ;) ha
