Few puffs on RDA

hi everyone

i own an iGo L wich i have been using for about two months now. i like the dripping experience but i have one major issue. i drip between 6-8 drops and only get about 2-3 great, flavorful puffs. then i can probably get another 3-4 CRAPPY puffs, no flavor no throat hit + burnt taste. i always try to wick the rda nice and smooth, avoiding hotspots and matching the airhole with my coil.

Any help or suggestion?

Thanks!:)

It could be a couple of things. First, if your wicks aren't beginning to get dry after those first three hits, then it's probably the juice. I have a juice that does the same thing. Secondly, I would say you likely have too much wick in there and the residual juice is being cooked. What I mean by that is, I notice that some juices that don't vaporize quickly enough tend to lose flavor with each proceeding hit.

These may may or may not be your issue. Just some thoughts.

Can an we please see a picture of your coil and wick setup?

Sounds like a dripper to me. All my rdas, regardless of the build, get 3-4 good hits then it's time to drip again. I don't use much cotton or rayon, so they don't hold a ton of juice. I prefer it that way, too much wick messes with the process imo. I just accepted the fact that I'm going to burn through tons of juice when I drip.

Tomorrow, however, my reo will arrive and all that will change!

I will still try to use my dripper for old times sake here and there.

If I do recall, doesn't IGO-L have small drip well/cup?

You might want to look into Magma clone, great flavor, good vapor, big juice well, and under 14.00 from overseas, and 20-30 from reputable USA vendor.

You can build a single coil like your IGO-L or dual coil setup. Check out the youtube reviews.

I think I'm having a problem with the kanthal. It's 28 gauge and the coil legs (the leads that make contact with the screws) are also glowing red hot. I've made other coils to test and continue to fail. Also my cotton seems to deflect and there's always a hotspot :(

I hesitate to just say replace your gear. Personally I have no experience with your RDA, so getting a new one for comparison may be a good route, but I'm conservative, so I understand trying to fix what you have instead of buying something new.

Do you have a good b&m where you might beable to get some hands on help?
Really pictures would help.
I would venture a guess that it's a wicking or juice problem.i get 5 minutes or so of chain vaping off 10 drops on my dual 28 ga .8ohm setups in various RDAs (454 big block, tobh, CLT, trident v1 - all clones).
Are you cranking the power to high maybe?
