Actually I thought I would wait until early mon morning to order since it wouldn't have shipped over the weekend anyway. But yeah, by the time I ordered the blem was out of stock. Still ordered the v2.0 in black with red display though. Also broke down and ordered a pretty sweet looking tank from High Desert Vapes to go with it.

I can't wait for it to get here. Also have some more juice on the way to try it out with. Really looking forward to the Vanilla Carmel Frappuccino from The Plume Room. If it's as good as everyone says it is I'm going to be a happy camper with that sitting in my new tank on a provari. :vapor:

I ended up going with a black mini, red LED, with the 18490 extention. I also ordered the Kir Fanis 18650 extension from Gr-Modders so I can run an 18650 in it if I want. I just placed the order 10 minutes ago. Is it too early to start stalking the mailman?

Which tank did you get?

Got my provari in the mail today and I'm 100% happy with my choice! Love the look of the v2 black with red display, which isn't too bright for me. At first I was thinking of getting a mini but I'm glad I didn't, this fits in my hand perfectly.

Gotta say, it's nice being able to check ohm ratings with the pv. Found out that the 2.4ohm coil on my vivi is actually reading 3.1ohm's lol.

Tank should be here in a couple days, will post some pics when it arrives. :)

Thanks again for all the help and advice from everyone!

I bought the satin Provari almost a year ago and the logo looks fine. It's in and out of my jacket or jeans pocket constantly. Several drops on concrete have resulted in only one tiny visible scratch and you have to rotate it back and forth in the light to see it.

I'd buy another one if I needed it, but so far I haven't even needed to use my eGo backups since I bought the Provari. My hardware purchases have only been cartos and a couple of tanks since then. Well, I did buy two extra AW 18650 IMR 2000mah batts for rotation.

I already had a Trustfire TR-001 charger for a box mod and it has been rock solid charging the 18650 batts. It glows red for about 3 hours and then turns green every time. There are better, more featured chargers out there and I've thought about ordering one. I just haven't been pressed to jump for another charger yet, although I probably need a backup.

The charger they sell looks just like the Trustfire, except mine is white. Tenergy is a good charger. I've had one that does ni-cad and NiMh for years and it has never even burped. You might want to look at the chargers that cost a little more. They offer conditiong and testing modes that can lengthen battery life. If you just want a good reliable charger, the Tenergy fits the bill.

What was your total cost for the GR Modders cap with shipping and everything? I'm curious and might go with a mini if it's not too much to pick up the cap for the 18650. Thanks!

$41.18. It's a lot for a metal sleeve, but it's worth it to me to have the flexibility when I need it.

It's never to early to start stalking the mailman haha. This is the tank, also got a blue glass drip tip.
Dichroic Blue Dot Pyrex Tank - High Desert Vapes
I know I probably spent way too much with all of this but I figure if it's going to be something I use all day every day, might as well get something nice.
That's a very nice looking tank. That dichroic blue dot pyrex tank would look nice on my own satin blue Provari.

I've got one of the High Desert custom tanks too. They are pretty nice to be a grommet tank. Below is my tree frog tank:

Congrats. Mine came in yesterday too! The ohms on all of my cartos are reading way different on mine than they were on my VAMO.
Nice! What are the odds though, 2 provari's in Greenville at the same time! :toast:

I thought about getting an extension for the 18650 but I don't think I would really need that much run time. If I'm ever away from the charger I usually just have my 808 mini's and/or ego mini with me. One mod I've been looking at though is the Hippo top, looks pretty sweet.

Baditude, you're actually the one who turned me on to the HDV tanks; http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/cartomizers/373865-baditude-i-wish-i-had-never-seen-your-pics.html#post8491526 I have to say, you have a pretty nice collection.

Baditude, what is the orange tank in the pic above? Any pics of it on a Provari?
These are Bella (standard size) and Elegance (XL length) Tanks from Hoosier Vapes. They are one-of-a-kind acrylic tanks similar to the Lava Tanks popularized by JonboyUSMC. The mouthpiece and top cap are one piece, and twist off the tank for easy juice refills. I fitted mine with a custom Phiniac clear pyrex tube that is sandblasted with the African design.

No pics of it on the Provari loaded on this computer, but one on my BB, which is just slightly slimmer than a Provari. The third and fourth pics are taken from a thread here on ECF: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/tanks/316886-show-us-your-bella-tank.html

More pics here specifically with a one of these on a Provari - http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/tanks/316886-show-us-your-bella-tank-4.html#post6769067

They come with a polycarbonate tube, but the vendor has recently begun offering glass tubes as a replacement/accessory purchase. These tanks are also available in stainless steel.

My appologies to the OP for hijacking this thread.

Looks like they're all sold out. :(

:( Yes, word has got out about these tanks. They are becoming very popular. Not only are they beautiful, they are so simple to fill. The vendor may have a "notify me" email setup to alert you when these will go on sale again. They are made in large batches and brought on site for sale at the same time.
