i tryed a couple of ways to make them hot wired foam covered with clear packaging tape and also paper covered with the clear tape
wrapped around the innards than covered with the tape again to lay up the glass and carbon fiber .
the battery holder same thing..wrap two batterys to make a tube longer than needed lay up glass ..when cured cut open a little higher than halv .on the tray also cut the tube a little higher than halv ,save the top part to tape on later to have the form to lay up the carbon fiber sock. the clear tape worked fine with no other release agent used.
to bad we are limeted to only fife pictuers will try to upload later ...see if this worked
