not happy with any of boxes
just remembered how i did a nosecone on a sailplane i was building in fiber glass.
formed it in styrofoam . layed glass and epoxy resin on outside
no need for a female form either way you have finnishing work good way to go for single pieces.
then pour gasoline in it to eat out the foam
soooo why not make a styrofoam block ...to the inside dimentions and the form you like...
lay up the glass and epoxi ...fill sand ectr
than cut in half....paint or other coating ....after the gasoline foam removal
a couple of magnets to hold the two halves together and you have a case to fitt all conponents
