You are selling 5 meter fiberglass wick. I am hoping this is a problem in translation.
Silica wick is what is typically used in vaping and ecigs. It is generally considered safe.
Fiberglass wick would be exceedingly dangerous in ecigs and should never be used.
What is your wick made from? Fiberglass or silica?
If it is fiberglass, you should simply not sell it. It is too dangerous. A quick look through Google will confirm this.
If it is silica, you should label it as silica. I know this has cost you sales. I don't see where it has ever been discussed.

It is silica. It is bad that we were not aware of the translation problem. We will fix it asap.
