hello and good morning. Had to register here since I've been trying to send emails to the Fifty-One. I bought these sig in Houston on galeria. Got a starter pack of 300 Dollar.none of the bateris worked (steady red light)
Got two more of the seller. but these do not work (red all the time) this applies both sharging . house charger and computer charger.
Does anyone have the same experience with this brand?
they dont awnser any emails.So i Just think this maby a bad brand?

What is the brand of batteries you bought? I'm new here myself so I don't know a lot but it seems odd that there would be a problem with all the batteries. Maybe one of the more knowledgable people here can help if they know what the brand is.

The smoke 51 kits are not good. Way way overpriced. You can get pretty much the same thing online for 1/5 of the price if you look for the right deals.
Try to return them for a full refund if possible and try a more reputable company. Which would be pretty much anything at this point since you have not had a battery that works as of yet.

Kjetil, are you sure your batteries are not fully charged? According to their instructions here

Sounds as though you were sold a promise that just didn't materialize. Hope you can rectify this by getting a refund. Then come back here and we will be happy to advise something much less expensive.

Yes i pay 300 Dollar. But i got manny re full with it.(ca 7 mnd use)they say.
The seller says it shuld be green when is full.
When i have it on sharging for 12 hour it still red and maby give me 7 puff before it stops .
Not fun at all.

Did you buy them in the States and now you are in Norway? I'm trying to understand your situation. If so, I don't know what your options are. Smoke 51 is a terribly overpriced and underperforming brand, but it should work, albeit not very well. When did you send those emails--this is a long holiday weekend here and you may not hear anything from them til Tuesday, unfortunately. But since you bought it from a kiosk, your best bet would be to go back there and have them figure out why it's not working.

Wait til Tuesday. I can't believe that none of those batteries work... YOu're in Norway? Are you using a plug adapter? Maybe that's your problem. Did you get a wall adapter with an US plug? Have you tried charging from your computer's USB port?

However, since you've spent so much money on those extra cartomizers, maybe it would make sense for you to get a couple of batteries (not Smoke 51) just so you can use up those cartos--if the company is not willing to help you.

If your kit is the two-piece cartomizer-based Smoke51 DUO, it's the E9 model--which means any battery or cartomizer with kr808D-2 connection can be used with your hardware. Can you get a kr808D-2 battery in Norway? If not, there are suppliers who will ship to Norway, I'm sure. Google search may be necessary.

Yes i have the adapter. and yes i have it also for USB. none woork. (i hope its the charger ho is broken.It call Blue Lable kit on the bill(300dollar+ tax
