As the proud owner of several 510's and the Ego, I've made a discovery I have and thought I'd share it with all my new FRIENDS! :w00t:

(And, because I said FRIENDS, all of you that already know this won't make fun of me, right? Thanks guys! :D)

I've found that I give the button around a 1 second hit before going to inhale on it and I've just discovered that if I take a primer puff, (very small), with the MANUAL switch, it produces a MUCH better TH!

If any of you HAVEN'T really tried it, I'd say give it a try and see what you think.

Thanks, just wantin' to share!

nice job :) I think each e-cig model has a different optimal draw technique, and its kind of a learning curve to find the sweet spot.

I had been using a 5v mod for about a month, and was loving the short 2-3 second drags of warm vape. well its on the fritz unfortunately and I'm back to using 3.7v devices and I'm having to re-learn techniques like yours to give me the throat hit I'm chasing

The french inhale pretty much sets my nose hairs tingling and not really in a pleasant way. I prefer to occasionally exhale through the nose and then sniff a bit of it back up before exhaling it all out. It works much better for me that way. The smell lingers and enhances the next few vapes.
Yeah, same for me too. A straight french inhale really burns my nose with e-cigs. I can do it with any other kind of smoke but not with liquid nicotine, I guess.

I think most people already know to hit the manual switch a couple of seconds before you inhale. I not very smart and I figured this out on my own.

Actually me too. I consider that a primer for the atty then the primer puff...then the real hit. Always gets me the satisfied inhale I enjoy.
