Hi guys I had to share, I've been using the nautilus aspire and certain coils as you know just burn right away, what I noticed is the 4 juice holes are blocked by the liner, out of all of them they give me dry hits, the one that works I noticed the liners open notches where the coils sit into need to be lined up with the juice holes.

The Nautilus is my favorite tank and I've got 3 of them, but I've never had a dry hit from any of them and I use the Aspire replacement atomizers. I've heard and read about many people having this problem with this so maybe I've just been lucky, I always get a good flavor and good amount of steam. Hope your fix gives you a good vape.
The 2 that came with it were perfect, I purchased 2, 5 packs from eBay and they were authentic, the first pack was perfect but this second is is nothing but duds, nasty burnt dry no juice even in the wicks hits, and all of them were not lined up with the holes
Are you sure that the atomizers are real? There are many people making forgeries of every aspect of vaporizers and I always check on the site just to make sure I have the real thing.
They are, even aspire knows about the issue and are hopefully doing something about it, I read somewhere they are accepting bad coils to take on but not sure how true it is, there are many posted emails from consumers to aspire addressing the issue.
I figured out why some love the nautilus and I didn't, my daughter was over getting her Craft Vapery monthly and left her mod here (with Gambit darn her! now another Five Pawns I like, darn it!!! *lol*) and she's got one of those Nautilus' I gave her on just an 18650 battery mod thing and it fires right up there good vapor...etc.

Well Aspire really should get it's act together 'cos the tank is simply brilliant and its a shame that some of their coils don't meet the mark. It's totally strange though how they can get some of their coils to work perfectly and others that don't, it looks like some of the staff don't know what they are doing and it should be easy for them to find out which ones are making a mess of the coils.
It gets dry hits because it isn't wicking fast enough compared to the power you are using. For crazy high power without wicking issues, RDAs are fantastic.
Are we talking BDC or BVC heads? Seems to me, one is 70% fail and the other 90% success.

So far I've only used the BDC but I've just bought the BVC to see how they are. The BDC have always been fine for me, never had a problem, and I generally use a 50/50 juice so it's advisable sometimes to give a dry puff on the coil to pull some juice into it before giving it some power.
Can you reach in the top with a pair of fine needle nose pliers and pull the liner up just enough to clear the holes?
