Greets all

Ok so is there a good way to tell what model of PV you are looking at? I mean I have done a lot of reading and I have kind of figured out that some models are a bit interchangeable but tell tale signs are the atty or cartomizer, overall size, etc.

I have 3 new kits on the way here that the wife ordered from some place called Shining Global?? But on the invoice it is nothing but 'SGE' models:
SGE201
SGE208
SGE406

Nothing turns up in search when I search the forums. Google just turns up someplace in China with nothing more than the same model numbers.

I wanted to place my first order from Drew cuz he was so nice to me when I first showed up here, but I did not expect my wife to try and surprise me either. - so we will just be ordering extra batts, carts, and passthroughs from Drew and therefore I would like to know if anyone either already knows this information, or could help me figure it out?

Thanks tons all,
- Hap

Ok thanks all for the replies. They got here...

Sorry no pictures - camera is busted. Will try to get some up tomorrow or next day when I can borrow my brothers.

One of these things is TINY - I mean holy frijoles!! LOL - however I have to give it credit where it is due. I am totally impressed with how much vapor and throat hit it has. It is like 10x what my 4081 is. I am uber impressed overall, and the battery lasts way longer than I thought it would being so friggin tiny.

From the pictures posted I am going to assume the tiny one is probably a DSE103?

Now the most incredible - freakish - unbelievable - nearly unbearable throat hit is a largeish PV with cartomizers. I really cannot decide what this one is from the current pictures. It is quite hefty actually, and it gets HOT.

It cleans itself at least every other drag and you can hear it sizzle quite plainly every time. Seriously it is almost like smoking a clove ciggie from the sound of it. No gurgling liquid either - just frying liquid :D It is probably my favorite of all three as far as hit and vapor.

Last one looks like it may be a m401 series - it just doesn't look as classy (of course it is just a sample type I found out.) It is all white, and where the gold band is in the picture on the forum, that band is also white, with the atty on that, then the cart snaps onto the band/atty combo.

That one produces great vapor also, but not near the throat hit of the other two. Still a titch better than the 4081 though I must say.

All of them came with flip-top - cigarette pack looking cases, but none of them are PCC :( - but hey, can't have everything. lol

Take care all and thank you again!!!
- Hap

(Now I gots to order some good clove and chocolate juices from Drew :D)

Well ok update - the m401 (or whatever it is for certain) as it is breaking in is very close to the one with the cartomizer. Not as hot, but the throat hit is close and the vapor production is even better.

I also think that I shouldn't be to critical of throat hit without knowing for certain if there are differences in the juice of the carts.

So anyway that is that. I'll try to have pics soon. Thanks again!

Vapeatron has an outstanding model guide

Hey Thanks tons!

Ok the tiny one looks exatly like the KR-808B and it is exactly 84mm long so I would say that's a positive :) - and it is really workin' nice. For a nice quick vape it is great. The small carts don't let you vape too long either, and are designed for super easy fill. I like that part a LOT
