Filling triton tank from 15 mi bottle

Wondering how people fill their tanks from the 15 ml halo bottles. The top on the bottles is a bit "different". I've been using a blunt needle.

ive never had a 15ml bottle.
My 30ml bottles have the eye dropper, my 5,7,10's always have the squeeze nipple.


But when I get to the last little bit in the 30ml where the eye dropper doesnt work, I just pour the bottle directly into the tank....... slowly

I always tip it on its side and "burp" the dropper where it pools, it gets every drop out of the bottom.

Yes, I remember Evie Luv having a bottle like that.

If it looks like this...

Then you hold it slightly downwards and wait. The long piece inside the tank should face upwards. And wait. The air has to make it's way thru that inner piece. When it does, you'll be able to drip with some control.

Most people thing these are a pita! And only found on 15ml bottles sold by shops.

Google image search. I wonder if the tops are compatible, the threads appear to be the same but wraps around twice on the 15ml.

Nope, caps don't interchange. Thanks for the replies, and the 15 ml bottle ( indeed bought at a shop ) , seems a very user unfriendly design. Haven't checked the posts that were cited above yet.

Edit: thanks for the link. Think I'll be pulling the plastic insert out.
