I want to use my first post on this forum to commend rockymountainvapor. I have been trying to get into vaping for a while now, and have tried ordering from several vendors who turned out to be cons. I had almost given up on the industry as one big con market, but I found this forum and looked into some vendors here. Everyone had great things to say about rockymountainvapor so I gave it one more shot. Two actually, since just after my first order I noticed the promotion on 901s and ordered one.
I have just placed my orders today and it is a holiday, so obviously they haven't shipped yet. If anything goes wrong, I will update this thread, but I honestly don't expect it to at all.
The site is great. It's lacking the flash of the con sites that I visited before, but usability is great, products are described well, and the images of the products are available in very large format (something I appreciate a lot). I feel like I know what I'm getting, and that is something that even the other "good" sites featured on this forum didn't offer at times.
The real kicker that possessed me to write this thread recomending this vendor was when I noticed that on one of my orders I had mixed up my mailing and billing addresses. I called the number provided in the email confirmation and immediately a live human answered with a very courteous voice. The man did everything he could to help me out with that and other questions, and then I noticed that he wasn't in the office. He was talking to me on his personal time! And very politely so! I'm greatly impressed. My phone company who gets more than $180 from me every month isn't as helpful; even after I get a human on the phone.
I really hope that the juice quality from this vendor is good because I don't plan to order from anyone else as long as he has what I need.
