My order got lost in the mail (not their fault). But their website says that if your order gets lost they will re-ship immediatley after 30 days have passed. It's been 32 days now and I'm still waiting for re-shipment. I'll let you know what "immediatley " means once they reship.
But again, it's really not their fault. My order got from China to Phoenix in 4 days. Then my local post office lost it. Because fasttech has free shipping, so I really couldn't buy insurance. Hopfully they buy their own insurance.
