fasttech...yes or no?

My order got lost in the mail (not their fault). But their website says that if your order gets lost they will re-ship immediatley after 30 days have passed. It's been 32 days now and I'm still waiting for re-shipment. I'll let you know what "immediatley " means once they reship.

But again, it's really not their fault. My order got from China to Phoenix in 4 days. Then my local post office lost it. Because fasttech has free shipping, so I really couldn't buy insurance. Hopfully they buy their own insurance.

I recently ordered 2 dripping atomizer clones, two 14500 batteries and cassette adapter. Been waiting for a week now but yea I wanted to try the dripping atomizers before I buy an expensive one. Ill reply back here about the items' qualities when i get it, but I'm not expecting 1st class stuff

I've had some leaky ce4's from them... And every single other vendor I've ever ordered from. That's ce4's for you. One battery that works but the bottom gets a little warm if you chain vape. All the other batteries, clearos, juices, chargers, etc I have ordered have been great. I had one order that took around 13 days to FL, but the average for me is about 5-9 days. Have four orders on the way right now. An iTaste MVP, some more evods and a kanger protank, a charger, some empty bottles, and trying out the dct's. If the MVP and half the other stuff makes me happy, I've still spent a fraction of what I would have elsewhere.

The EVOD I got from FT is a knockoff but seems to work fine. I don't own a genuine Kanger EVOD so am unable to make a comparison. Along with the EVOD I ordered a couple replacement heads and just installed a new one(original head lasted about a week). The new head works better than the original one. Don't know why, just difference in parts I guess. I would assume the heads are knockoffs too.

Before placing an order just be sure to read descriptions and specs, even reviews. Look at other vendors for comparisons.

My FT order took two weeks to arrive.

I've placed close to 30 orders with them, never a problem. Yes, some of their stuff are knockoffs, some don't work too whippy (and neither will the USA vendors), but their prices are good, shipping is fine with me, and their warranty is excellent (you ship a defective item to Florida if you live in the states).

Good to know. I wasn't sure about how to return something to Hong Kong if the need arose. Shipping to FL makes things much simpler.

I got a vamo v2, nitecore charger, panisonic batterys, and a KTS mechanical mod from them and they all work great and are the real deal. I also got a knockoff vivi nova v7 that came with some of the worst tasting heads I have ever got anywhere. Nothing but burnt taste, I think alot of their clearos use fiberglass wicks and not silica. After rebuilding the heads and sanding down the positive post a little so it would catch some threads in my battery, that vivi nova is working great. I had ordered 2 of the vivi novas and one turned out to be a evod when I got the package. It was a similar sku number so I can totaly understand that and they worked with me to straiten out the mix up. That evod came with a broken coil but took a kanger head just fine and works great but the finish isn't holding up as well as my kangers(I almost added one to the order to test out so I kept it and took store credit for the price difference of the vivi nova). The ego chargers I got work well.

All in all I am happy with my experience with fasttech but when ordering clearo's I plan to rebuild them asap if they are not a name brand.

They do NOT make their own juice. They offer Dekang, LIQUA and Hangsen name brand juice.

I have been VERY satisfied with the items they refer to as "Ce4s" and all eGo type battries I have ordered. You have to read the description carefully (as others have stated) but I always carefully read descriptions of everything I order online. If they say it is a "genuine XXX" it IS a "genuine XXX." If not, it is usually a knockoff. But, some of those knockoffs work just as well (sometimes better) than the "name brand" widget.

Shipping is usually around 12 - 14 days to reach me in Florida. Most of that time is spent in San Francisco, not Hong Kong.

Thanks to everyone for all the helpful info...you guys rock! I think i'll take a second look at the items i wanted, go over the product descriptions with a fine-toothed comb, and maybe trim my order a little bit.

For batteries, I think Fast Tech is awesome. I ordered my Wife some RDA's but they needed to be modded. The rubber grommet was just too big. Don't need her to get sick from inhaling tires. But, thats to be expected with cheaper equipment.

Many, if not most, of B&M retailers as well as USA on line vendors actually get their goods from Fast Tech, and mark them up .. it should be no surprise that shipping from China is not going to be lightning fast, but based on that, it's pretty fast .. as well, they will take PayPal so you have a large degree of customer control if there is a problem ..

Whether or not to give your money to a Chinese company is a personal choice .. I myself prefer to stay with a USA based business even though I pay more .. but that's just me ..

True that! I also prefer to stay local or in the USA. But being new to this forum and not knowing "where to get the goods" it seemed priced extremely competitive to other sites.

After noticing a lot of people on the forum recommend ordering from fasttech, i checked out the site, liked the prices and put together a pretty long list of items that i planned to order from them next week. Now i'm seeing quite a few people who say they would not recommend fasttech. Can anyone give me any pros/cons about them based on personal experience?

P.S. I'm new to the forum...I hope i'm not doing anything wrong by asking about a specific vendor

This is just such a no-brainer. The people that don't like Fasttech fall into two camps, 1) buy American, China sucks, and 2) It takes so long to get something from Hong Kong.

Those who don't fall into one of the those two camps buy from Fasttech, because the pricing is the best in the World, and they can wait two weeks. Just received my fourth order this last week (13 days). First three orders took 11 days. Just ordered two more items this week, and they shipped the next day. Btw, they did have a slow shipping issue a week or two ago, but not anymore. I have one more mod to buy from Fasttech, the K100, then I will pretty much have everything I want on Fasttech, i.e., several Vamo V3's, an SVD, several iTaste 3.0's, several Ucan's, a package of evods, an I4 charger, a KTS, a dozen carto tanks, etc. I love Fasttech. Go for it!

Just to throw another opinion in here: I've ordered from them twice, both orders under $10 to see how they are. Ordered both some CE4+ with heads, an EVOD, and some eGo beauty rings. So far I'm very impressed with all of them. The stainless steel EVOD has a very nice finish, all the parts fit together well and it was cheap. The CE4s are nothing special, just cheap and they work. I will definitely order from them again. As far as giving money to a Chinese company, I know a local B&M re-sells fasttech products. Why pay double for it and give my hard earned money to both an American AND a Chinese company? Now you could always go the a B&M, haggle over price and mention how much cheaper it is online, they may cut the price so you get it right then with minimal mark-up.

I ordered from fasttech and my experience with them has been great. Found parts I need, great prices and shipping... I was expecting 2 weeks, but it was only 6 days.

People have a problem with them because of knockoffs or china made... Hate to burst your bubble people but the is a reason America ship jobs overseas! They can produce more, faster, and at lower cost. 1st of all, China started and developed the ecig, they have the edge in factory production too. Have you seen their factory workers? They product hundreds of thousands a day! What to do with all that overstock? Sell from the manufacture to a wholesale distributor (alibaba) or closeout type of company (fasttech). Many of these products sold in American stores come from fastech and are marked up. Buy cheap, sell high is the American way. Fasttech is almost like going through the manufacture. Some things are knockoffs true, but for the most part, its no different except the good ol' American markup. Please tell me you people have an idea of how an economy works??? If all things remain equal, I will take the less price. I really support the American Mom and Pops shops out their, but I am not going to spend double or triple the price for ultimately the same thing, coming from the same place, just so overpriced retailers can sleep better with my hard earned $$. Thats called insanity!!

Knockoffs is what i was a little concerned about. So if they specifically state the make & model of the product, can i feel safe that it is the genuine article?

It will will you a better chance then listening to people who have never used FastTech and really don't have any first hand experience.
