Welcome and congratulations. I myself just hit the 24 hour mark without a cigarette. I won't lie and say I don't want one, but my KFL+ is keeping me from lighting up. It's not as hard as I thought it might be. I've been smoking for 30 years, enough is enough. For those of you who quit lifelong habits, how long was it before you started feeling better? I can't run 50 yards now without feeling like my lungs are on fire and will explode. I want to be active without feeling like I'm going to die.
I dropped them right away, and am 53 days smoke free. After the week or so of coughing up 38 years worth, I can breathe better, I feel better, my blood pressure is better, and I can actually taste food. It tastes pretty good too. Stick with it, you will be proud of yourself. Guaranteed. You may not see it right away, but every day will be better for your body than the last. It will add up.
