I've already heard back from CS.. they're replacing the things that were not working out of the box and putting them in with my subsequent order for extra chargers.. gawd forbid I lose a usb charger and can't vape! egad!
We just had a Saturday out of the house (rare for us) and neither of us ran out of charge or juice.. but it is still mid afternoon.
I'm loving the 78mm - easy to use.. easy to hold with arthritic hands and I'm adapting to the 1300 size but tend to reach for the smaller one first.

CS is great.. I figured it being a weekend I'd be waiting til Monday for a reply.. I think the package goes in the mail today. *thud*

you may find that you like the 1300 more at home as a pass through when you're on the computer or watching TV at night At least you got plenty of 78mms for out of the house!
