Hi everyone,
Quick intro-
I was a light smoker and smoking while driving was my big habit. Had to live in Texas for 4 months in 2009 and just before leaving, I bought an ecig from a mall kiosk. I thought that I would give it a shot while making the drive from California. I never had another analog again. Actually, I lit one up after a couple of days and immediately put it out and threw away my last pack of cigs.
I soon found this forum and went a little crazy. I bought a Janty Stick, e-pipe and finally settled on a Screwdriver. I used it for a very long time and never really kept up on the latest new stuff in the vaping world. I was just about to quit vaping because I was getting tired of 901s, dripping, carts and carrying around all of this stuff.
But, before I quit, I knew that I had to try 6v vaping. Checked back to see what was up in the world of vaping and settled on a Prodigy V3.1. Holy clouds of vapor. Loved the 510s, both atty/dripping and cartos were out of this world. Since I drive most of the day, I settled on cartos, but still had to top off the cartos very frequently. I'm a chain-vaper and at 6V, I like to keep them wet. As much as I loved it, topping cartos while driving was unsafe and making me crazy. Finally, the Holy Grail-the Vape-O-Matic Vapinator. Plug and Play. Simple as hell and works like a charm. No more topping off cartos, finally. For people just starting out, I highly recommend starting with cartos to get used to vaping and then adding a Vape-O-Matic once they figure things out.
The other perfect device I recently bought is the Reo Grand. Early on, bottom-feeding mods seemed clunky, leaky and didn't get awesome reviews. Seemed like a work in progress. This Reo Grand is the ultimate for me. Like my Prodigy, it is made of metal and is all mechanical. It will also to 3.7 and 6V. The big advantage is that I can now get back to atomizers and still use cartos, if I want to. It is also a nice little self-contained little unit. I am loving the LR atties, especially the Cisco 306s. So, all in all, with the Reo Grand, I am finally completely satisfied with my vaping rig and can drive all day without any hassle.
The Prodigy is my backup that still provides me with a heavy hitting, warm, moist vapor plume. However, it is limited in my needs, to cartomizers and having a tank on it that can possibly slip off. Long live the Reo Grand!!!!!!!
Thank you ECF
