Hello All,

I am glad that i can finally registered myself here after so many months of trying, nearly give up until i received a mail from helpful administrator here..


I am a asthmatic patient who have been smoking for almost 30 years. I have also tried many attempts to quit but not successful until i came across e cig and now i cutting down on analog and of cos lesser asthma attack nowadays..


I am new to vap world and hoping to learn some good tips from all seniors here..

Honestly, i go with lower mg and so far ok. I still have attacks but less frequent. Maybe one day i try vape with my ventolin medication.. lol

Im asthmatic,
To be honest suffered alot during the switch, I had to standby inhalers while vaping as my body is not used to it, the flu, cold turkey period, fell sick, fever, ect..

Certain flavours trigger the shortness of breath sometimes, but I think it's more like getting used to it. Even till today, I still need the inhalers but not as often.

In other words, we prob felt the same way u did(shortness of breath), perhaps at a different magnitude or more frequent..

Im not sure if this is advisable but i also do that lol!
vape but standby inhaler just incase we need it..

Yes bro, i do have problem with certain brands and favors but like u mentioned, we gotten play safe to have the inhalers on stand by. Better be safe than sorry...

For asthmatic patients, you have to consider PG/VG ratio, I have friends with chronic asthma whom need to reduce the VG levels to 30VG 70PG, it depends on individual.

For me it's the other way around,
a Higher VG content actually reduces the chances of needing to puff ventolin, it is usually the throat hit that triggers shortness of breath..
but then again thats just me..

Yes bro, that's apply to me as well.. Normally is due to the throat hit that trigger the symptom. Never leave home without my inhalers..
