Finally I am registered!

Hello All,

I am glad that i can finally registered myself here after so many months of trying, nearly give up until i received a mail from helpful administrator here..

I am a asthmatic patient who have been smoking for almost 30 years. I have also tried many attempts to quit but not successful until i came across e cig and now i cutting down on analog and of cos lesser asthma attack nowadays..

I am new to vap world and hoping to learn some good tips from all seniors here..

Welcome to ECF! Vaping is the only thing that has worked to get me off of cigarettes, and I'm so thankful I tried it. Before vaping, I resigned myself to dying a smoker.

I wouldn't agree on the cost savings. So many new mods and juices come out. Sure, when you start it saves money, just wait until it turns into a hobby.

but given the fact that tobacco price in my hometown are too costly therefore e cig still the best alternative here..

Welcome to you! I also am asthmatic and since stopping smoking my oxygen percent went from 95% back to 100. I don't rely on my inhaler any more. I've only had one attack since I've quit smoking! The day I got my vaporizer was the very day I quit smoking. I was able to quit comfortably by using a 24MG nicotine because I was a heavy smoker. Make sure your nic is high enough so you won't get cravings. Judge the amount by how much you used to smoke. Good luck and again welcome!

Currently i using 12mg with some VG mixed. Tried 24mg but too hard for my lungs to inhale..

I would disagree, in the almost 4 years I've been vaping, only 2 months have I spent more than I would have on smoking for the month. I haven't skimped on spending for something I really wanted and now have a pretty nice collection of devices that I could turn around and sell if I ever quit.

I would estimate my savings over time is in the neighborhood of $2000

That's not to say you can't go crazy and go broke buying every new thing that comes out

I could probably go several months now without spending anything and I vape 10-12 mls per day.

Hi bro, i am still in the mid of quitting but bcos my family also smoke a lot so once a while i will pick up analog.. They still not too convince with e cig..

Wow bro, that's quite a sum of investment.. The good thing here in my hometown, these e cig things are banned so its quite a luxury to own just a ego starter kit.. lol
