Not only was the real Gold plated over priced...but the Gold plating sucked.. Scratched easily and wore off..

Well said.. I don't care if I'm using a Blu.. as long as I'm no longer smelling like analogs.. (Who am I kidding, I wouldn't be caught dead using a Blu lol)
Just wait until you get a Provari in your hands... then you will feel the difference between Provaris heavy duty build vs the eVics cheap build.
Your lucky that vaping has evolved. When I first started vaping the only option was a Joyetech 510 pen style ecig..LR attys were not even available at the time. I still use to sneak a cig or two until I bought my first mod.. A Provape1 topped with a LR 510 atty...
Oh i get it, my buddys all have provaris and my friend owns a vape shop and its the only thing he uses.. I meant as far as vaping, the eVic did its job.. but you are right, I knew right off the bat if I ever dropped the evic, the thing was toast.. It will be nice to not have to worry about that since the provari is a damn tank lol
Cmon now the 510 kit is straight vintage now... you should rock it just for that reason HAHA .. sad part is I bought one of those joyetech setups because I didn't do enough research and then bought the eVic like 2 days later then sold the 510 kit to another newbie..

My work gives us 250$ if we get a biometric screening for our medical insurance so that was my way of justifying the green LED color and the extension with the batteries lol.. normally I would have just stuck with the red default. I figured the green zombie one needed the green LED to match (I'm particular like that)

I'm sorry you had so many failures. I just recently jumped on the ProVari's myself. Nothing was wrong with my MVP2's except the knowledge of knowing they would eventually fail.
I still use them as my primary out and about vape. But when they die, I'm not sure if I will replace them or simply rotate between my two ProVari's.
I don't like taking extra batteries with me, but an 18650 lasts me all day at work no problem. I just don't like walking around with a $159.00 mod in my pocket.

Yea I really liked the MVP too minus the fact that its just too bulky to keep in my pocket out and about.. which is why I used the k101 until that crapped out.. The provari mini isnt too bad to carry around but I get what you mean about carrying around extra batteries.. which is why I got the 18490 extension just in case I will be out for more than a few hours

I still have my 901 DSE with a blue led AND a crappy KR808D in a drawer somewhere. Those are ancient compared to the 510's

I just got shipping notice on my first Provari today. I told myself I wouldn't by a new MOD until I needed it, and my Vamo just happened to fall apart............Good Riddance.
Man i've been checking my email all day to see if the confirmation came in.. even though I know its going to take at least a couple days.. I'm just impatient lol.
Good Riddance is right.. i dont really care that my mods broke it was just annoying that it all happened at the same time. plus I really didn't want to use my coolfire grenade mod at my desk in work (but oh well, no one really noticed)
LOL and on that note, just got the confirmation!!
Since they ship from WA it looks like, prob wont get it until Tuesday of next week, but oh well - peace of mind!
