I will forever be thankful for my encounter with the iCare! As you said, they showed me exactly the vape 'range' that I needed to beat the nasties for the second time. They do perform phenomenally well for what they are but I've given up on them. The inconsistent flooding and spitting wads of juice in my mouth just got to be too annoying.
I had 1 of them just start leaking profusely outta the blue. 2 others the tanks have spun around inside the mod to where I can see the ends of the fill lines. I can't believe they're not leaking,yet.
I do have a 4th one that's still perfect. Cuz I haven't use it .
Don't let me burst your bubble. You may not encounter the same issues. The fact that I was lung hitting them very well may be responsible for the gargle and spitting from mine.
The thing to remember is they've shown you your 'Range'. 1.1ohm @ 15 watts with tight airflow. Can be replicated on most any MTL RTA and mod combination.
Right now I'm vaping a Lemo RTA built to 1.07 ohm on a Vamo Box Mod running 14 watts and another Lemo built to 1.3 on a Zmax @ 15 watts. it's all the same. I'm a happy vaper and desire for the nasties is history.
I hope you don't encounter any issues with your iCare but the important thing is you've found your Range.

Piffed mine away. Tracking says they were delivered today. Hope they work well for the recipient.
