I smoked for over 50 years...I HAD to stop and finally tried some cig a likes and stayed with those for 3 years, A few months ago I stopped by a vape shop and some very helpful folks got me into real vaping,thank goodness..I use isticks and aspire mini's and after a few trials I finally found some tobacco flavored juice I really enjoy..I have to get it online tho..I'm down to nic level .05...Old dogs CAN learn new tricks..I feel so much better being off cigs...Thanks to all the lurking I've done and helpful info here with juice reviews etc,..Bob

I was a long time smoker, too. Don't forget to get a spare system in case you leave on the roof of the car when leaving for work.
I love looking for flavors. I kind of get disappointed easy. I get a lot of samplers since they are a little cheaper. I write notes so I remember the good and the bad. Some are for the morning with coffee, some are for the day and some, I like for the evening. There are a lot of flavors out there.

Great to hear stories like this....you'll never go back. Why would you. I can't possibly think of any reason anyone would smoke after finding vaping.
When I think back of why I smoked, it was addiction, habit, the feeling of inhaling smoke, relaxing, etc.
But I(we) get all that from vaping plus we're alive, no stinking, white teeth, fresh breath (sometimes cookie or pie breath...haha), and it tastes good.

I've not smoked for as long as you (about 20 years for me) but I've recently picked up the vaping bug too and feel so much better about being off the cancer sticks.
I don't know how you managed to use the cig a likes for so long; I tried them for a month the once about 5 years ago and I hated them!

Geez you are so lucky to find something that works without going through all the pains some of us did. substandard equipment juice and advice. Very happy for you. Read everything in the forum even if you don't think it applies to you. It only gets better! Congrats
