Finally ordered my SB!!

There is a difference between these two batteries. The 900mAh CR123's are Li-ion not LiFePO4's. The LiFePO4's can be charged up to 2000 times vs. about 500 for Li-Ion. Also, I believe that many people have found that the LiFePO4's last as long, if not longer, than the Li-Ions.That link led me to this link:

Ive ordered mine and had it for a week and been using some ultralast cr123a. But when i read the battery description on it, it wasnt protected so i just placed an order for the tenergy batteries thanks "blurising"!!!! This info helped alot!

Well, it's too late this time for sure. They are winging their way to me even as we speak. Oh well.
And crap-ola, I bought Li-ion 18650s too. Didn't even notice they weren't LiFePO4s. Oh well. At least the 18650s are 3000mah and won't need to be recharged very often at all. 500 times should be well over a year, if not 2 yrs. I'm pretty sure I'm still ahead vs analogs!
When they do die, can I use this charger with the LiFePO4s?

um... I just searched batteryjunction.com and they don't show any LiFePO4 18650s. Is there another source for them?

There are no LiFePO4 18650's. You did good! Please don't misunderstand me. There is nothing wrong with protected Li-ion batts. To me it's 6 in 1, half a dozen in the other. Either are much safer than unprotected. Just sit back and enjoy your SB (when it gets there)!

Lucky Jeff. I was hoping my BB would arrive today. No such luck. USPS is still showing it leaving PA. I'm bummed it hasn't reached Seattle yet. Oh well, I already have my Silver Bullet *tries not to gloat*. Te hehe
I noticed there was no option for the black silver bullet, only silver... Anyone know when the BSB will be available again? I just got my bb and love it.. Trying to decide on buying a BSB or wait for the bottom cap to be made for 6v on the bb...
