Finally....the twist has given me an aha moment

I have been vaping for a little over a year and while it has kept me off of analogs...I was not completely satisfied. I started with smoketip and moved quickly to an echo...added some 510 bats and a few months ago an old goat mod. I have been using the old goat with boges and while it was better than the rest...still just did not have the taste etc that made me feel like going aha!!! been reading about the ego twist and decided to try one. It arrived today along with 2 stardust st clearos which I had never tried either. I loaded the stardust with my boba's which has been a favorite juice, set it at 4.2 and am now on nic overload and extremely happy. My boba's tastes amazing...the clearo is vaping great and I beleive I have found what I was missing. I am definately going to be ordering more of these bats and clearos. I would also like to try a tank of some kind on it but I am soo confused reading all the different options. If someone could point me to a tank that would work well on the twist I would appreciate it.

If you have been hesitant to try the twist, would like to try vv and are like me and cannot afford the vv mods out there....try the twist. It is awesome.

Did you not have to "Break in" the Stardust? I've got a stardust on a regular ego batt, i get dry hit after dry hit ... hate it ...

I have been getting great hits from the first one...even chain vaping this thing and not a problem. I know that I read about the break in but if it gets any better than this...WOW. Maybe it is the higher voltage, I do not know as I am new to clearos and vv...but so far I love this thing.

Alt smoke has all the colors in the battery...that is where I got mine in purple along with a purple clearo (stardust). I am going to be ordering many more. They gave great service....ordered on Friday and arrived in my mailbox today. Thanks but I'm in Canada so I'll probably be getting it from someone on this side of the border. Not sure where yet. Did the Twist come with a charger? Or did you have to buy that separately?

You need an ego charger so if you don't have one you will need to buy one

Try the Vision Vivi Nova 2.5 tank. Received one yesterday and it is freaking awesome on the Twist. I was using Stardusts on the Twist before. If you like those Stardusts you'll love the Nova.

Thanks, I was looking at those. I will try one in my next order. question, can you use a single coil cart in a DCT tank?

Assuming the carto is long enough to fit the tank, yes. The tank just acts as a housing for the juice,
so you can throw in whatever the heck you want, size permitting.

The Apollo tank also works well on my twists. The flavor is amazing through this tank, I'm not sure which is better however, the Vivi Nova or the Apollo, since I've never used the Vivi Nova. Keep in mind though, this Apollo is a 6 ml tank, so it's a pretty large tank.

I'll have to pick up a Vivi Nova and give it try.

I have eGo and Kgo batt and using CE2, DCT and Stardust. It is the Stardust get the love most. I am now waiting to try mini Vivi Nova when they are available here.

CE3's are my favorite on the twist.

I've tried dripping, cartos, carto tanks, Stardusts and the SuperExcaliber/E2/Apollo on mine and the CE3 or Phoenix Bottom Coil has the best taste and works the best for me on the twist when using AVE's 100% VG juices.

I've been using a SmokTech 3.5ml tank with a single coil bottom flanged carto, and it works great.

I've had my twist for over a week now and loving it! I got the green one from altsmoke (thumbs up vendor ). Waiting on my new stardust replaceable to arrive.

Glad to hear it, gillist! I use that same setup a lot. You'll dig those replaceable stardusts as well. I have a couple. I recently got some bottom coil CE3's too, those mamma jamma's are pretty good too. Serious hits with mondo vapor clouds and taste. A bit of a pain in the ... to fill, but I still like them.

I believe u. But i tried the vivia nova, stardust and now im using the C2 TT and they all give the same weird bad muted flavour to me.. I dont undersatnd y. Tried different juices and coils in all of them. It sucks.
But i can understand bottom coils work better because boges are bottom coils too. My favorites are still boges in a dct tank.

What is the Twist like with the standard Ego-C tank? I have dozens of CE3s sitting around if I need them, but I like the idea of just using the tank system.
