Hey all,

So I've been lurking around here for a couple of months feeling kinda anxious about the whole e-cig thing. I was worried about the court stuff and whether I was ready and blah blah blah. I finally decided today that I needed to give e-cigs a try and I whipped out my credit card. I guess my newb question is if you all think I missed something or if I have it covered. I got:

1 Joye eGo starter set from cignot (the one with two complete eGos)

10 carts

pack of 3 atomizers

a 510 usb passthrough

and I got 10 5ml bottle of juice from madvapes. I got a combo of some 24mg and some 18mg. (I was like a kid in a toy store. I drooled over flavors for an hour before I chose them.)

Did I forget anything? I think I have my bases covered for starters.

Thanks!

I'm not a Joye user. I prefer my VK.. I'm a chain vap'er as well as most of the people on here. When I first started I was going through 2 1/2 carts a day. I went EASILY off cancer sticks as soon as I picked up my PV. I'm in it a month now and I have 3 batteries, a passthrough, and 10 blank carts (getting more soon), and 10 different juices ranging from 3ml bottles up to 30 ml bottles. If you are just starting.. stick with something small like what you have in the event it doesn't work out for you and you're not in it money wise too much. But if you are like me and drop cancer sticks without any trouble and you plan on quitting the analogs then get more as soon as you can so you don't have to go back to analogs... been there done that... it was ugly.

Indeed....lets rock! Hey, you did great! Just make sure to drink a lot of fluids, especially where you live. Vaping will dehydrate you and you may find yourself using it as a pacifier for the first month. As well, make sure to get some mouth wash on top of brushing your teeth, tongue and gums or you may experience extreme dry mouth when you wake up. Outside of that remember it's a different inhaling technique than smoking, long, relaxed, and slow inhaling wins the game.

The only other advice I can offer is if you find yourself sucking on your 510 like sucking a thick milkshake through a straw you are doing it wrong AND cruise the ECF supplier's forums to pick up on great time-critical sales they only announce on their forum page.

Welcome to the ECF your lurking has you off to a great start, congrats on becoming on a Vaper!

@luckymisslucy Thanks for the advice. I intend to kick the analogs, so I probably will need more supplies, especially juice, very soon.

@FireHorse Glad to hear you are loving your eGo. It gets rave reviews so I decided that was the way I'm going. From what you're telling me it deserves it's reviews.

@SnowDragon Thanks for the advice on the water thing. Anyone living in Az can use all the water they can get lol, but it's good to know I'll need extra water cause of vaping. I think there is a mouthwash called Biotene that is made for dry mouth and is anti bacterial. I'm gonna go pick some up. Lastly, thanks for the advice about sucking too hard on the 510. I know there is a learning curve, but I love a challenge.

I thought of the other question I was going to ask. I seem to remember reading something about needing to blow out atomizers when I first get it. Am I remembering right? Are there any other little things like that I should know before I start?
