Finally upgraded to a mod

Hey everyone newbie to the forum here. I've been vaping since September 2012 on ego batteries and finally broke down and ordered a mod from varitube.com. I've been stalking vapemail all day and finally got it about an hour ago. I ended up settling with the Sigelei Zmax v3 and so far I f'ing love it. I have a Kangertech Aerotank hooked up with the mod on power mode and watts set at 10.0. Lots of vape, no gurgle, and just an absolute dream vaping experience. Here is a picture of it next to all my different ego batteries.

Gratz on the move up. Mods are much better than the ol twists when it's no big deal to have a bigger device. Initially the bigger batteries and the ability to check how many volts you had left were a big plus for me. I recently got the spire from beyond vape. Life's good with mods!!

I run some of my juices in a nautilus aspire at 8.5 watts no problem. It's dual coil 1.6 & 1.8 great flavor and vape production.

I have it at 10.5 watts and it doesn't taste burnt so I guess it is good to go. I probably won't go any higher because 10.5 seems to be where I like it.

Nice choice - the zmax is a great device.

It's one of the sleekest units out there and I love that it's so compact when in 18500 configuration.

Yes sir it is great in 18500 mode but my favorite is 18350 because it still l fits in my jeans pocket perfectly. I'm gonna have to get some more batteries but besides that I'm loving everything about it. Perfect vape purchase IMO.

Good move. What kind of juices are you vaping, just curious? I see you live in chattavegas, lol. I'm from Dalton ga. Not far away ya know. I routinely run up to Cleveland and Chattanooga and hit up Mountain Oak Vapors. They make 3 of my favorite flavors, and have a real good deal on 3 30ml bottles.

18650 mode. Hey jd1978 I get my juice from Karden distributing, they are really good people and will help out with anything they can. They are closer to you than me. Have you heard of them?

@rburne1 I am new to mods but with one you have the ability to change watts/voltage, read ohms of coil, and generally last longer than the ego batteries.

Most flavors taste good at different watts/voltage. With a VV/VW mod you are easily able to dial in your sweet spot for each
