That would depend on each person's definition of a mod.

The Sigelei zmax is a tube with eletronics which hold 18650 (18mm diameter by 65mm length) rechargeable batteries.
You can change the batteries.

Early batteries tubes used to be made by MODifying flashlight tubes.

You can get 3 30 ml bottles there for 34$. That's a good deal to me since the b&m here is charging me 10$ for 15 ml of the same juice.

Karden charges 12.99 for 30ml but I bet they would match that if you told them mountain oak was doing 3/30ml for $34. They have some great flavors and a vape lounge where you can try them all in clearo's.

I highly recommend getting a mod if you have a tank to hook up to it. Like I said before, I never knew what I was missing, I have been trying all my juices with it since I got it and let me tell you that there is a huge difference being able to tweak the watts for different juices.

I have the same questions and researching . So many choices . My friend had a Templar and a Grand Templar it looks nice. Alil too nice for my level at this point and time .
