I guess just on coil wrapping. I picked up some 28 gauge and some 30 gauge. How many wraps of 28 gauge for say 1 ohm
I couldn't say because it's dependent on the circumference of your wraps and the space between them. Make sure you have an ohm checker!

Once you get used to it, you'll be able to eyeball an ohm, and then pop it on your ohm checker and nod silently in your accomplishment.
