well after spending all kinds of money on mech mods and AVP's then having all my mechs stollen ! and my mvp broken .... and having to resort to disposable blues from a gas station for a week i finaly got my new mod in the mail !
i just recieved my smktech magneto and smokteck dripper RDA,
i must say i had the old original v1 version of the magneto and i liked it a little better than this new version looks wize, the old version had a non adjustable 510 but it didnt matter to me cause the rba's and rda's i used all had adjustable center pins. well the new version is adjustable and thats nice, and all the contacts are gold plated copper so there is good conductivity. the one thing i dont like about the new version is the new vent holes they just drilled right into the side of the main tube body !!! i mean realy .... realy !!! you couldnt have hid them under the threading in the switch locking mechinisem ???? why are they right in the middle of the damn tube ? i dont like that lol. but everything else is right on par and i like the quality of this mech, well for its price i believe its the best mech you can get, i just dont think there is a better non clone mech for 50$ out there ! i am running it with a 18500 aw and no issues yet and the swutch seems smoother than my old model.another thing is they did away with the spider logo on the switch and its now a simple brushed finnish, it make it look more simple and refigned.
the dripper i got is the smok rebuildable dripper and for ony 5$ i must say...... wow !!! its made from heavy dutie stainless steel and has a brushed finninsh, the contacts are copper plated in gold just like the magneto. the post have holes instead for the coil wires instead of having to wrap them around a screw then thread them down, it makes ataching a coil pretty easy. the top screws for the posts are knurled so you dont need a screwdriver eather so thats also a plus. the only down side .... well i dont see it as a down side but some would lol the drptip is bult in and part of the cap, its ok though because its a nice shape and it has a verry large hole. they even gave me air hole size options when ordering and i got a 1/8th hole so no drilling nessasary. the dripper is a little small for my taste but hey it was 5$ and its one well made dripper ! it came with a single 2 ohm coil already installed and works rather well, i think am going to use this premade coil till it bogs out on me and then i will make my own cotton 1ohm mico coil.
i guess all thats left now is to order a few more batterys in 18650 and 18350 then pick up a 22mm dripper and kayfun or clone.
on another note ..... can you guys recomend me a new high end tobacco e juice ? i am looking to try somthing new and want a real good tobacco vape !
