DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS!
I was gonna order a penstyle from VaporCig, because they come in pink, and have a lifetime warranty and a rubberized mouthpiece/tip, but then I read a post about someone finding out that the company has no listed address..so I am leary as well.

So, back to square one....to search for another one besides the EVO Intellicig that will probably take a long time from UK to USA.

Seems like i have heard good things about e-Smokey Treats.

Bottom line is, I KNOW (from experience with PureSmoker) that atomizers die ALOT..so at this point now the MOST important thing is finding a SUPPLIER WHO IS VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH, VERY RESPONSIVE, MAINTAINS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS ETHICAL.

So, who are the best?

My sister and I both started with PureSmoker but sadly, we both had the exact same experiences as time went on, with responsiveness and customer service being less than desirable (sorry Steve)...and besides that, it seems that every time I visit the site and try to order something, they are out of stock.

I am TIRED of sitting in a boneyard of dead atomizers. I have been without e-cigs for over a month, and am fulltime analog smoking and SICK OF IT.

I have not had any experience buying hardware from anyone but e-Smokey Treats - Electronic Cigarette's, The healthy alternative to traditional tobacco cigarette's but I can vouch for Phil. He gets an A+ in my book.

He runs a great business and is courteous and prompt.
I have 6 of his atomizers....I've been rotating 3 of them for over one month now and so far they are all still working.

He also has a 3 month warranty on parts...I'm pretty sure this is unique in the industry. The initial purchase costs are slightly higher.....I think it's probably worth it in the long run.

But I assume that a 901 atomizer is a 901 atomizer....doesn't really matter who you get it from.
I may be totally wrong about that....still a noob!

Good luck and I hope you have better luck in the future!

there are basic problems in the system texas... the little chinese dudes working their gonads off in the chinese factories 24 hours a day seven days a week cant keep up with the ever growing western demand..

the problem is made worse by an ever growing number of western resellers keen to get in on the new act..

the end results are obvious... and there is no magic bullet to fix it..

except for prices going up but i doubt even that will fix it... the demand for these things is just too great.. soooo... shortages and lousy service becomes the order of the day.. having to chase your spare parts from supplier to suppler until some give up and or more chinese factories come on line..

not good news but i am pretty sure i read it all as it is.. i mostly do.

we dont have atomizers and dont expect to get any for three weeks..

spare parts are the first to go... stuff is held back for full kits.. some good advice would be to grab the complete kits and not just look for one or two atomizers..

ps... of course one will believe a word of what i have just said.. i have said it before.. it was ignored then and i am sure it will be now.. he he he

Your atomizer should not be dying as much as you say. There are a lot of really good threads here about making your atomizer near-immortal. I belive Cashmere from puresmoker claims he has never replaced his atomizers.

Anyway, for 901 parts at least Katy from The Smokeless Shop - * is amazingly fast and responsive and her parts are great. We're putting in another order with her right now for juice. I don't think she has parts right now but she has had them on and off over the last few weeks.

I don't know if this is the reason or not (that vaporcig's address isn't listed on their web site) but might be that the address is their admin. office, and not set up as a retail store. I know they have a kiosk in at least 1 mall in California, and may be the only place they sell retail other than online. Vaporcig has wonderful customer service.. and they are easy to reach by phone or email.

I have a dog grooming salon, and I don't advertise my address online either. I work by appointment only, and don't want people just showing up without an appointment.
