My oldest sister came down for a visit this past weekend with her 22 year old son. She smoked all her life up until xmas day when she was rushed to the hospital struggling to breath as she's had COPD for some time now but just couldn't/wouldn't give up the smokes. After 4 days in they let her go home with the patch which worked, but then she had a heart attack 2 days later. Back in the hospital for another few days but they never found out what caused her attack so back home again to rest a few days and now here for a visit.
As soon as she got here (off the patch now and not smoking) she wanted to try my PV (510) so (long story short) I let her try my old KR8 with a 12mg cartomizer. No matter how gently she puffed, she just couldn't do it as she coughed every time. She quickly decided not to continue trying, which I was glad to hear, but her son actually took to my KR8 really well.
Long story short, after a two day visit they left with her not smoking or vaping but her son left with all my KR8 goodies, a good starter supply of my homemade Marlb (12mg) and all the instructions he needed to refill his ample supply of cartomizers.
So sis is doing good as I know that she has no intention of ever smoking again and her son only smoked maybe 5 cigarettes in 2 days here and promised me he is going to continue with his new PV. All I can do is hope that he does. Sis turns 63 on Tuesday.
