Finish on black satin?

Does anybody know how well the black satin finish holds up? Does it chip at all or wear after a while?

Mine is holding up great no marks or ware what so ever.

I think the black satin finish is awesome. Had mine since Feb. and no marks or dings at all. It wears very well!

Its a idustrial ceramic coat. Same coating on automotive turbochargers that reach 2000 degrees ,nuff said.

I dropped my Black satin today. It slipped from my lap when I was on my way out of the car. It got scratched to the metal, it shined through the black finish..
