Firefox - Can't log in to ECF

I could log in previously with Firefox but lately I haven't been able to log in to ECF
I have the latest version of Firefox 36.0.1

I have no problem logging into ECF with Internet Explorer

Got me - FF is all I have ever used here. Are you getting any error messages when trying to log in? The only obvious thing I can thing of is making sure the cookies for ECF are cleared out of FF and try again.

Also, did you go through any recent mandatory password change at ECF and perhaps saved the new password in IE but still have the old password saved in FF?

Clear your cache and cookies then try to log in again. If that fails, you may need to refresh or create a clean profile.
