firework shopping

so we went to get fireworks and i had my pv in my hand. owner was at the door as i exhaled, and said um you cant smoke in here, i showed him my pv, and he was like cool feel free. as we were walking around i could see ppl wispering to each other and pointing, i just smiled LOL. saw a couple ppl talking to security guard/police officer. and he started walking towards me, i just held it up, and he gave me the thumbs up LOL. man were they getting ticked when they were told they had to go outside to smoke.

I don't vape most places where smoking isn't allowed and would never vape while shopping...I can wait the little bit of time till I am done. Back when I was smoking as a much younger person you could smoke in banks and grocery stores...I never did...I just thought it common courtesy. The few places I do vape were smoking isn't allowed like my favorite coffee shop I asked permission from the owner first. I have only been told no in one place and as far as I am concerned it is the owner's right to either allow it or not...they own the place.

I vehemently oppose laws prohibiting smoking in privately owned establishments btw...I think that should be the choice of the owner and people can chose to be customers there or not.

i normally dont either, but was standing outside while hubbie finished a stinky and the owner was talking to us and was intrigued and told me to go ahead and vape in the store.
