If the Delay is a few seconds or more - Fresh Battery issue.
There seem to be a good number of eVics that do not like to respond to a Fully charged Battery.
Could Be an eVic firmware/sensor glitch kicking over voltage protection in.
Could be an Over charging issue - Above 4.2v charged
Could be some
batteries causing the glitch
Most start firing properly between 99-95%
Guess it's time to email Joyetech, I'll let everyone know if they have a clue.
ETA - So Far, confirmation they are aware of the issue:
Dear friend,
Thank you for your email. Very kind of you.
Exactly, many eVic owners reporting same problem.
Could you please provide us the device serial number and Security Code.
We will check it for you seriously.
Look forward to your reply.
I will attempt to make them understand My Security code and Serial number will not Match as I have a recall replacement and they do not issue new security codes.
I would advise anyone with this issue to contact Joyetech Service with Details.
