My firing pin on my mvp and vamo 5 keeps recession to far. I know now this was caused by my newbie behavior. But the rubber washer that helps keep it from moving so much is worn out. I seen you can replace this. But what do I use to do so. Anything from local hardware store I can get? Or anyone know website that might sell these? I know you have to be extremely careful not to mess up wires but I am mechanically inclined so not an issue. Thanks in advance for any help.

There's a huge thread somewhere around here, you might try searching for "Vamo fix" or something like that. Looks to be a pretty easy fix, using an o ring you can get at any hardware store, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. Basically, it involves removing the old gasket under the pin and replacing it with the o ring.
