@ schuff, i like the Jig & thanks for the link...eventually ima getting one.

been making a few by hand and i believe i'm getting better at it, yall take a look and tell me what ya think.

i don't know what they test out at yet, was going to wait until the coil i'm using needs replacing....the Nimbus screws do not seem like there gonna hold up to long without stripping out on me.....did find some screws for it on the link w/the jig above, gonna order up soon.

Sorry been off for a couple of days. Those are great coils. They should be "perfect" if you dry fire them on the nimbus and pinch them with some needle nose pliers to tighten them closer together.

For resistance I'm assuming you meant @3mm (not 30) which depending on how long the legs are should be 1.6-1.8 ohms. I use this calculator http://tomcatt2.com/pvapps.html .

Also for the Nimbus you can just purchase a pack like this http://www.v3tronix.com/products/replacement-o-ring-and-screws-for-nimbus-atomizer . At one time I knew the thread type of those screws and went to lowes, Home Depot, hardware stores etc. but couldn't find any that were the right diameter without being too long so I eventually gave up and just ordered online.
