I've just gone through my first full day WITHOUT tobacco AT ALL... for the first time since 1992. I've been vaping now for several weeks, and letting my stash of cigs peter down, and ran out last night. I was a little nervous about going vape full time, but it was a BREEZE... almost wishing I tossed those nasty cigs a week or two ago in spite of it being a "waste of money"... anyhow... LOVING THIS!!

If anyone's been avoiding the full switch, give it a shot, it's not bad at all... no pangs (other than what you normally experience when you need a cig) and quickly resolved with a nice big fat vaping session. :w00t:

Just thought I'd share that... GO VAPOR!

I've been vaping for 5 weeks, and the last 3 have been almost totally analog free (used to smoke 2-3 packs per day - that 3rd week of vaping I smoked less than a pack in the week, week 4 was maybe 5 ciggies, and this is my 11th day without an analog.

I've attempted to give up cigarettes many times, and the first 3 or 4 days were torture, then it got better, and after three weeks I NEEDED A CIGARETTE SO BADLY THAT I WAS TEMPTED TO MUG SOMEONE ON THE STREET TO GRAB THE LIT CIGARETTE OUT OF THEIR MOUTH! After a few days of agony I'd almost always give up.

This time I've had those little pangs, Tony, but they've been more like "Gee, I'd like a smoke" and my 901 satisfies me just fine. I haven't had a craving - I NEED a smoke -just the little pangs.

I've often said "I really don't want to smoke, and if it was easy, I'd give them up right now", never believing that it COULD be easy. I got the 901 in hope it could serve as a cigarette substitute so I could cut down on my $100 per week habit. So I mixed vaping and smoking until I found the cigarettes so hot and nasty-tasting that I could stop my hand from automatically reaching for the cigarette and lighter and grab my 901 instead - ahhhhh, much better!

I still can't believe how easy success is. My G/F received her KR 808D 1 thursday and her analog intake has been cut in 1/2. I hadn't had a cigarette since last saturday. Today she tells me her last pack is going to be expensive and she bought a pack of Nat Sherman Classic(almost $7 a pack here). 5 minutes ago I took my first analog drag in 7 days. It was ever so foul!! I'm done with cigarettes.

Five days now... STILL TOBACCO FREE... OMG this is so awesome... never made it past day 1 with other methods... usually not past 8 or 10 hours, lol. :D

Been noticing that if I keep up with the vaping (which is too darn easy, lol) not even others smoking is messing me up... this is almost like CHEATING at quitting it's so friggin' easy once you commit to it.

Yesterday, I was sitting on my porch having a big fat vaping session with my custom mixed "Cherries Jubilee" (JC Cherry 3 parts, JC Vanilla 1 part, JC Chocolate 1 part, and JC Original 1 part... GREAT vape!), enjoying the heck out of it, and smelled something sweet and fresh... something from childhood... the smell of CLEAN AIR... sadly, I had forgotten what that smelled like, and it actually made my eyes tear up it was such a beautiful experience. I can truly smell things again...

The person that invented these little gadgets friggin' deserves the nobel prize... seriously, and without exaggeration.

....oh and thanks everyone for all the support, YOU ROCK!!
