So I said I was not going to need anything but my Riva 1100Mah with a Boge 2.0 cart but I am getting the itch to try to build one. It is not that I am unhappy with what I have but I guess the thought of making my own appeals to my creative side. I am wanting to build a flashlight mod and have a question. For those who have made a flashlight mod, what is the best way to secure the 510 connector to the end? I have seen epoxy, JB weld, and the lens backed with hot glue. The rest should be pretty easy I am just not sure about which would be the most secure way to attach the connector.

Hot glue is probably not the best choice, as it will get heat from the atty and weaken over time. Your other ideas sound good though. I might suggest epoxy putty as an alter native too

I use the instant mix epoxy syringes and it works really well. It might not be the prettiest solution through a lens but it works.
There is a connector that has a nut on it sold by madvapes Shorty 510 Extension and Connector

OT: That 510 connector Bdbodger mentioned would be great if it wasn't so damn expensive! Wish I could have got my hands on a bunch of them when they were cheaper.
The 510 threaded connect was great when MV first had them for $2.95. I used it in my .44 mini booster box mod. The Chinese site sell's them to vendors for next to nothing.
