So I've jumped into the DIY pool. Got my first orders of flavors and base. Mixed up a couple of simple juices. One for the hubs (Fire Cured Virginia) and one for me (Cranberry). Both were great right away!! Yay, it was so easy and the individual juices cost a fraction of what I was spending. I've got some tea steeping in PG and a Neo Mini Exotic steeping in some PG as well. (Neo's were one of my favorite indulgences pre-vaping) Not sure how long to let them steep. I think I'll give them a week on the cigar and a few days on the teas, we'll see.

Very excited about this new hobby (obsession?). Can't wait to see what else I can come up with. I've got half a notebook filled up with ideas and recipes so I'm set for a bit! :vapor:

Ya' know, coming from my viewpoint...a guy who started DIY to make one flavor and it took me 5 months to figure it out while making tons of crap juice, but figuring out how to make some good stuff that I wasn't looking for along the way...you people that hit it out of the park on the first at bat, drive me nuts.

Though I am glad you hit great stuff so quickly and are happily vaping away.

So...I'm conflicted...

I haven't found the perfect flavor yet, although I have made some decent stuff. The worst thing I ever mixed was some desert ship with a small bottle of nicotine base, it had a really bad chemical taste. I ended up pitching it, my next order of nicotine came from Wizard Labs and I used some of the same desert ship with it, completely different taste, I actually vaped that batch. I won't mention the vendor who sold me the awful nicotine, but I won't do business with them again either.
