I beg to differ, I get over 24 hours on a Reuleax R200 at 100+ Watts on a tfv4 The extra battery really adds stability and battery life.

Also guy who works at the vape shop reported 2 days and 1/2 at around 70 Watts.

How much juice do you consume in 24 hours ? what battery's do you use @ 120 watt ? for 2 day's

Nothing in this post relates to ACTUAL use.
I have an Ego 650 Twist that last over a month on a Single charge.

* I only carry it as a back-up and might take 15-20 Draws on a 1.8ohm carto in that time frame.:sneaky:

it all depends on how you vape, as well. I don't know his build, or if he chain vapes. I also use a RX200, usually around 80-90w, .30 24g build, and use it rather heavily. I barely get 24hrs out of it.

I get 2 days on my Smok Koopor Plus 200W from two Samsung 25R's. That's morning of the first day until supper the next at 10W power levels. The battery indicator is showing about half charge left at the time and the batteries read 3.5v. I don't like to stress batteries, so I swap them then and put the first pair on the charger.

You can do the math to extrapolate from 10w to your vaping level. A small two battery box is easy to keep in the glove box. The Smok can be had for $44.95 at www.vaporrange.com right now.

I get about 8 hours out of my RX200 @ 80W as opposed to 6.5 hours out of my iPV4. Same tank, same batteries. The third battery doesn't translate into 50% more use on a charge. It translates into lower amperage from higher voltage, but that won't triple the run time from a single battery or add 50% with a third. If you really want to increase run time between charges, you want a parallel mod.

I've recently been very close to purchasing my first dna200, there's just 1 thing holding me back.

Battery life, it almost feels like a scam... why should I purchase a dna200 but have to vape it with a subtank on 35watts in order to ensure the battery lasts the day.

For a £150 mod I should be able to vape my x2 0.19ohm stapled fused Clapton build on my velocity at 120watts all day long and still have 70% remaining for tomorrow.

At first I was settled on the vaporshark, and then changed my mind to the lavabox... Luckily I waited, and gave myself time to realise that instead of impulse buying a shiney dna200... I need to consider the practicalities...

I've come to the realisation that the Wimsec reuleaux dna200.. In all of its bulk and ugliness... Is the only valid option right now.

I find this really annoying.

I am curious about this mod that last all day at 120w and only goes down to 70%. Without knowing what mod you are getting such great battery life with this is all speculation.

Keep in mind these numbers are estimates and do not take into account the better discharge curves of lipos at high power. But are useful when trying to pick out a DNA200 mod

If using LG HG2 3000mah in the common 2 18650 series 7.4v mods at 120w .19
Battery power capacity @ 7.4 V 22.2 Wh
Estimated total runtime 10 min
Estimated # puffs @ 5 sec puffs 120

The 44 DNA 200 same resistance and wattage Battery - 3s 11.1v 2000mah Lipo - 120w .19
Battery power capacity @ 11.1 V 22.2 Wh
Estimated total runtime 10 min
Estimated # puffs @ 5 sec puffs 120

Now lets take the vapor shark - 3s 11.1v 900mah Lipo - 120w .19
Battery power capacity @ 11.1 V 9.99 Wh
Estimated total runtime 4 min
Estimated # puffs @ 5 sec puffs 54

It is not logical to compare vape time of a 22.2 watt hours mod to a 9.99 watt hour mod and wonder why the battery is not lasting as long.

The Reuleaux DNA200 with triple series LG HG2 3000mah 11.1v - 120w .19
Battery power capacity @ 11.1 V 33.3 Wh
Estimated total runtime 17 min
Estimated # puffs @ 5 sec puffs 200

the dna200 I built - 3s 2200mah 11.1v - 120w .19
Battery power capacity @ 11.1 V 24.42 Wh
Estimated total runtime 12 min
Estimated # puffs @ 5 sec puffs 147

Now at my normal vape settings same 2200mah lipo- 50w .29 3.66v going to the coils
Battery power capacity @ 11.1 V 24.42 Wh
Estimated total runtime 37 min
Estimated # puffs @ 5 sec puffs 440

lasts about 5 work days with my vaping habits.

TLDR - no scam - just lack of comparing to similar watt hour set ups.
If battery life is what you want your have 2 options
1. Build coils that use the power applied more efficiently
2. Higher Watt hour mod

I'm using the LG HG2 [3000mah] and the Samsung PQ30
I'm going through around 10-15 ml per day
And there's the reason why hours is the most ridiculous thing to compare vape time with. I go though 30ml easy if I'm vaping at 100w all day, that's triple what your doing effectively making my mods last 1/3rd the time yours does. Recently I run around 40w and I can get by with about 15ml a day saving battery power and juice all while still being satisfied with clouds. 80w+ is for home not out and about.

Actually it's 15ml a day. And I'm not even close to empty at 24 hours and lately I've been vaping at 120 Watts.

Wow I thought I was going through a lot of nic juice but you definitely take the cake.
