We, BF and I, received 2 e-cigs from his cousin Monday night so we are pretty much brand-spanking new to vaping. Since we both smoked about 1ppd for the past 15/+ years I wasn't sure that it would change anything. I was very, very wrong. Monday night we unpacked everything, picked out 2 flavors, Cherry for me and Mocha for him, and gave it a shot. Neither of us has picked up an analog since. I threw my pack out Tuesday night when I got off work, he gave his to a buddy at work and we haven't picked up a "back up" pack.

So... We got the Lea Kross, which I've been using, and the Leo Pro, he has this one, and a few different flavors and strengths. Since this is the first e-cig I've tried, other than one very cheap POS in 2001, I'm looking for some feed back on the Lea Kross. I def. want to get a small style that would be a bit easier to carry around in a small purse or my pocket; if anyone has a suggest that would be great.

=)
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forums, and it's always great to hear stories like yours! I'm going to go the boring rout and suggest an eGo style PV with a smaller battery, they're small and will last you pretty much all day.

I've browsed around this site and a few others and the eGo seems to be a majority favorite. I'm going to have to check that out and possibly get one for the all the smokers in my family. :D

Your Lea is a pen style right? If so it is basically the same as an eGo - regulated to 3.4v or so, probably a decent kit to start out with - 510 threads so you have a variety of option as far as attys and cartos go. What do you mean by small style?

Yes, it's a pen style. Unfortunately the Bud Tank Atomizer that he sent is a little large and the cap does not fit with the mouthpiece on. So, while I wait for the shorter tank atomizer to come in, I keep the mouthpiece in a small ziplock bag and carry everything -charger, additional flavors, etc - in a zip up Maui Jim sunglass case.

When I say small style I mean about the size of an analog or small. I love the size of the Lea Kross but it would be nice to have one that would fit nicely into the pocket of my jeans without worrying about it sliding out (for some reason designers have decided that women's jeans just don't need useful pockets). I hope I explained that without confusing you too much. It's been a long day.

Gotcha Pandora -Welcome to the forum btw and Gratz on making the switch - your Lea should perform about the same as a standard eGo if you get some good hardware to use with it. I'd get some LR boge cartos and/or a few 2ohm attys for it, unless you feel the need for something to replace it.

I don't use analog size PVs but hear good things about the Smokeless Image Volt - Smokeless Image | Only The Best Electronic Cigarette | Starter Kits - from folk here.

Thanks for all the feed back. I've def going to look into each one and find a pocket friendly. I haven't touched an analog since I started vaping on Monday and I don't want to be tempted by not having something with me.

So, I've had a few days with the Lea and have tried out the Leo Pro as well. Loving the Lea enough to get one for my mom and sisters. We've also ordered a bit of liquid from his cousin and quite a few 3ml samples from Juicy Vapors. Can't wait to try out all the new flavors.
