My friend wants to try ecigs for real this time and I didn't know what to tell her to get. I don't know how to do simple and went from minis to mods.

Is it...mini (because it's sorta close to holding an analog) to eGo/Riva/iGo kinda thing...or should I direct her to start out with the eGo/Riva/iGo/GoGo kinda thing? Should I direct her to the tanks or the cartos?

You know what I did instead? I sent her a link to the Big Gulp and then pics of my Darwin, tank and bottom feeder. Worst Friend EVER prize should arrive any day now.

Most people (unless they are really adament about it looking like a cig) end up with a Riva/Igo/Go-Go type ecig in the end because they get frutrated keeping up with the charging...Although I do have many that stick with them and they end buying alot of extra batts and PCCs...With the newer cartos in so many varieties you can actually do much better these days with cig sized batts and get a pretty satisfying Vape...

Oh good...! I was also thinking along the lines of the iGo because of its regulated voltage and the many choices in pre-filled 808 cartos. Holding down a button may cause her some joint discomfort so a little automatic battery might work...and I see the M.F. style are 808 threaded...awesome! If she wants to expand she can move up easily and still use her cartos with an iGo or with an adapter for any other mod she might want. Lastly, she's more social than me so some rockin' colored mini will add to her cool factor when she whips it out.

I spent more on my first NJOY order than I did for my first big battery mod, batteries and a charger, Meems. And, while I enjoy tossing money at the latest vape toys I'm not sure she'll feel the same way. So...cartos over tanks to begin with - she can try clearomizers, t-tanks or whatever if she's inclined - because but the top priority is a vape that's easy to get and satisfying enough to replace analogs.

Thank you, Michelle, Drew and Meems! I think I can redeem myself with this information.

Not so much the PV as it was the nicotine delivery closely matching an analog.

What I found most interesting concerning myself was that my intake of nicotine was matched almost exactly using a PV vs analog.

With analogs my daily intake was about 60 MG of nicotine.

When I started on the 808 I used three 24MG carts per day, virtually delivered.

I drew a chart on the white board showing why PVs works vs patches, gum, etc.

They raised their eyebrows when they realized why vaping works.

Patches are a constant even delivery, and it is an unnatural feeling for a smoker.

With an analog we spike with each drag.

These spikes are like climbing a ladder until we hit what satisfies our Id.:2cool:

A PV matches the delivery of an analog exactly.:vapor:

Not "kind of like" but "exactly."

I smoked Camules and drink a lot coffee.

Drew sent Camules and coffee carts.

I can now slam the Id with coffee, 555, strawberry, orange cream, how cool was/is that!

Two drags on an analog and I am disgusted now.

When I first contacted Drew and told him my objective he asked if I had a paypal account { the good old days } "Ill send you a link and just pay for the order."

No questions asked as I knew this man could be trusted.

Drew sent exactly what I needed and three days later I was off analogs.

No climbing the walls, no pain, no yelling and screaming, no threatening old ladies.

Huffin, thanks for breaking it down like that. I didn't have that smooth or straight a path from analogs to vaping but I want my friend to have as easy a transition. She's sorta like you - likes plain tobacco cigarettes and strong coffee. Could it be as simple as matching the amount of nicotine with... Worth a try! I've got a plan. :)

Thank you!
