Hey ECF, nice to meet you all. Like the title says, "first full day analog free" and the forums here are helping keep my mind off of the craving. So much great info gathered up here. Anyone have a link to the forum sig I've seen that counts the days and cigs not smoked? Would love to watch it climb higher.

Welcome and keep on vaping. It took me 4 days of vaping and smoking to finally set the analogs down for good. My final analog was on 15 Jan 2011, 10 months ago. Don't get discuraged. I have several friends and even my boss that still waffle back and forth, but each time the end up vaping long and smoking less. One of my friends was a 2 pad person. He is now down to 1 pack a week and vapes the rest of the time. I'm still using 24mg nicotine strength as the cravings still show up or I have the vap frenzy sessions at lower Nic levels. Anyway after 42 years of smoking it is truly surprising how nice it is to be smoke free, not to mention how much better I feel and breath.
Great job! Keep it up and if you hit a wall and get tempted, just come back here and ask questions.

How long have you been vaping, whatcha using for equipment and what's you're favorite juice? We're nosy around here.
If you're having nic craves you may need to up your nic level a bit. If you feel like you need a cig, don't be too hard on yourself if you have one. They'll be a thing of the past maybe now maybe a few days or weeks. We each transition differently. If you haven't already you'll understand that cigarettes don't control you anymore. Thanks for all the encouragement! I jumped right into the entire vaping thing, ordered a Titan 510 from Totally Wicked and some 36mg juice. From there learned how to mix my own and break that down to 18mg, which is what I'm vaping on right now. After reading the modding forums, I built myself a USB passthru and love that! Next mod is already rattling around in my head. I need to get the posts up so i can throw some pics up. TY all

I didn't even know people sold 36mg juices....the thought of that just makes my head spin, i can't even do 16 without becoming ill
