Nice vapor, I'm not into huge clouds but that's impressive. Mine's all stock. I also use a 3/4, 32g kanthal wrap. I've had mine a few months or so and love it too. I believe the flavor is so good because the air chamber inside the cap is small.

I used the third o-ring for a while and eventually sanded my tank down to where it lines up perfectly screwed all the way down. It does lower the air hole some, which helps even more w/ vapor production. You can also build the negative connection up w/ M2 nuts and screws, which raises the coil closer to the air hole. But seeing your vapor production I'm not sure you'll need to ;)

Glad you caught the batt error, easy one to make at first! I'm thinking V3 will be 'pailpoe's VV switch. Can't wait for that.

I would say NO to the kick mikey. The Orion uses the body as Positive. The positive side of the battery goes to the bottom and the negative side goes towards the switch. If you put the batt in the other way around, it will fire constant. The kick needs the body to be ground and will not work with reversed polarity. Plus in my opinion, the kick just don't cut it with 10watts. The Orion V3 may be vari-volts/watts. Waiting on that and am on that list. If you want varivoltage now, I would suggest a ProVari and a genisis type setup (DiD, ZAP, etc...) or a SpheroidV2 (which rocks BTW).

Love my Orion(s) and like the review JC.
