I would say NO to the kick mikey. The Orion uses the body as Positive. The positive side of the battery goes to the bottom and the negative side goes towards the switch. If you put the batt in the other way around, it will fire constant. The kick needs the body to be ground and will not work with reversed polarity. Plus in my opinion, the kick just don't cut it with 10watts. The Orion V3 may be vari-volts/watts. Waiting on that and am on that list. If you want varivoltage now, I would suggest a ProVari and a genisis type setup (DiD, ZAP, etc...) or a SpheroidV2 (which rocks BTW).
