Quick question about clearomisers - Do you have to clean/wash them out every so often? -if so why? - and is it ok to put in a diff flavour on top of another?

I must say I had my doubts about vaping but it 100% works................Any other newbie reading this and thinking about quitting, I say go for it :)

Well done. :)

I rinse my clearomisers out every few fills (3 or 4?). I tend not to wash the wick itself, if I do, I then dry-burn it.

Thanks all, great advice :) - so far so good, had my last ciggie 6 hours ago!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think once I get past the routine of smoking - what I liked was that a cigarette has a start and finish duration, smoke it stub it out....

But it saying that I am positive and like the ample supply of smoke (sorry Vapour) and seems to deal with nicotine craving.

Did most of you go straight from cigarette to e-cigs -cutting out cigarettes completely or make the transition more gently?

Keep up the good work Bracken :2cool:- I think I had a few real cigs back when I started vaping though probably just out of curiosity to see if they were really as good. After a while I stopped enjoying the smell of smoke and realised that vaping is a cleaner, tastier and more satisfying way to satisfy the nicotine cravings. Maybe move up to a clearomiser or big battery kit as soon as you can, so you're not forever buying cartos etc.

In answer to your other question i mix flavours all the time. I just plonk a bit of this and a bit of that into my tank when i want a slightly different taste. Adding menthol nearly always improves a juice.
Replacing or recoiling heads on occasion with the occasional rinse in the tank is all the cleaning i do. If you wsnt to rid the taste of a juice from your tank then rinse thouroughly do not use water fromkettle. Steradent tablrts apparetly are great for cleaning tanks
