Just saw another video of someone else's build. Wickless and is connected to neg. Vapor seems to be real good, and the dude did not look like he had the inside of his mouth tore apart. It's still limited to rda but hey one step at a time. Someone recommended NR-R-NR wires on here a few days back, maybe using that will help making wickless safer because the R part of the coil is oxidized just like a mesh wick is and will not short on that length of the wire.

Umm... I don't think you fully understand what resistance is... a non-resistant wire is conductive. A short can happen with anything that is conductive. Resistance (in our situation with vaping) only matters for heat. The use of non-resistance wire is to isolate the heating to the coil in situations where longer legs would cause "hot leads".
